Our Story

Dunes Café & Elixirs is a NYC-based cultural beverage brand inspired by Middle Eastern hospitality and the ritual of sharing coffee.

At the center of Dunes is sand-brewed coffee: coffee prepared slowly in a traditional pot surrounded by hot sand. The method creates an unmistakable visual ritual and turns a simple cup into a moment guests can experience together.

Our menu brings together Arabic Cardamom Coffee, Turkish Coffee, Karak Tea (Masala), Pistachio Rose Latte, Lebanese White Coffee and rotating elixirs.

The visual world of Dunes draws from desert landscapes, nomadic hospitality and the textures of the region while keeping the experience clean and contemporary.
